                                                                                        WAFCAT’s 20th Year Anniversary!

WAFCAT held the 20th Year Anniversary Exhibition at Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) from 10 to 15 December 2019. It aimed to celebrate our achievements in working with children with disabilities in Thailand over the past 20 years. During the exhibition, we displayed the background information and objectives, as well as the memorial stories of Mr. Narong Patibatsorakit, the first chairman, and Mr. Isao Masaoka, the first secretary general of WAFCAT. We also exhibited 43 pictures drawn by wheelchair students who receive supports from us.

In addition, on 14 December 2019, WAFCAT organized the “20 to the Future” event at Multi-Function Room of BACC.  We presented our lessons learned, success stories, and the future direction based on the experiences in the past 20 years through many programs such as mime, music video and wheelchair dance. Most importantly, we presented appreciation certificates to 27 partners who are in collaboration with WAFCAT.
