                                                    Thai & Japanese Volunteer Joint Program The 19th WAFCA Friendship Tour & the 37th WAFCAT Friendship Caravan                                                           

                February 1-2, 2020: WAFCAT held the friendship volunteer program between Thai and Japanese to fix broken wheelchairs for people with disabilities in Surin province with the warm cooperation from Special Education Center of Surin. There were 36 volunteers; 23 Thais and 13 Japanese. They all said, there were very impressive on this program and would like to join in the next program.

“Firstly, I thought I couldn’t fix wheelchair but at the site there were friends to teach and support me until I could fix it. I was so happy with those kind volunteers. Besides, I met many people both Thai and Japanese. We could work, smile and laugh together. I will try to join the program every year.”
