Education Support Project for Children with Disabilities Follow-up & Needs Assessment of Grantee Students in the Fiscal Year 2021 This year 2021, WAFCAT supports 52 students with disabilities in 19 provinces of Thailand. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, WAFCAT followed-up with all of them and assessed their individual needs by online. We have found that most of the students have online classes, so they are in need of monthly payments for the internet and communication equipment (mobile phone or computer) to get Wi-Fi internet connection and receive pictures and sounds effectively.
